Weekly Fav #8

Weekly Fav #8

My first favs of 2018 are here! I know a lot of people make new years resolutions and stuff but it’s so difficult to keep them and to be honest, I already broke one 🙁 This weekly fav is dedicated to my new years resolutions and how they might be able to help me keep them!

1)  Take More Fashion Risks!

One of my new years resolutions were to take more fashion risks and stop wearing the same clothes over and over again. There’s nothing wrong with wearing the same clothes but I felt like this stopped me from trying new styles that I’ve always wanted to try because I didn’t feel as comfortable in them. So last week, I bought this corduroy pants from Risque and absolutely love them! They look good with sweaters and tight fitting clothes as well.

2) Exercise More!

This is the the one resolution I kinda broke already. I decided to try and exercise for at least 20 minutes everyday but that hasn’t really stuck into my daily routine. I’ve always found home training to be difficult because there isn’t anyone else there working out with you and motivating you, so I found this video workouts that are actually a lot of fun but also great short workouts. I’ll add the links in below!

3) Eat Healthier

Eating healthy isn’t actually as hard as you’d expect. Start small – eat more fruits and veggies, and cut down on some sugar. My new favourite easy-to-make food is salmon avocado toast! You literally just put avocado, salmon and whatever other things you like on toast. It’s simple to make, healthy, and tastes amazing 🙂

That’s it for now!
